Cancellation Policy on Deposits
Cash refunds are non refundable once deposits are made. However, if a guest has made a deposit and calls to cancel their booking, we can give them a credit note to be used at a later date. This deposit is to be used within 3 months after the date they had originally booked from.
Please note that this credit note can be granted only if the guest notifies the front desk 3 weeks before the date of booking and for peak seasons eg. Carnival, Easter, Christmas, etc., there must be a 1 month notification.
Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit of the total cost.
